I'd be more than happy to do this for you, but I'm completely oblivious to the players and teams your talking about.
Could you possibly give me the links to the picture of the player you'd like? Basically so I can make sure I have the correct person.
Also, could you send me a link to the badges you'd like on the card.
I'll try my best to make it look like the example.

I looked a little more into the pictures. I think I found an okay one Alan Shearer. And if you don't mind a non sports shot, the other two too. However with the Sir Tom Finney and Geoff Hurst, I'm not sure if you'd like an older photo of them playing, or just a regular recent photo? Let me know, and I should be able to get the photos for you.
It'd be great if you could still find me a picture of the badges though.
