Congrats to you, that was me that got the failure. I emailed her management and they apologised and said they do not know what happened to my photos etc.... and to resend. SO I will resend later in the week and also print out the email and include it so it hopefully does not happen again!!1

Somebody reported this week about receiving a pre-print from Twiggy and having her not return their photos. Today I had all three of my photos returned signed with one inscribed. Very happy with this success! Perhaps she misplaced your photos or accidentally put them in someone else's envelope?? That's always a possibility.
