It's a pre print. They're lying look at all of the other NCIS posts. They even had a contest for one on their Facebook and it was the same pre print

I emailed their website and got a response saying it would arrive in about 3 weeks. 3-4 weeks later, I got it today. It is a presigned cast photo. Sorry no scanner, but the photo is the same as the other successes.
