They probably get a shed load of letters in every day for cast to sign stuff (if the constant posts on here are anything to go by) - it's not really surprising that as the amount of letters, cards, etc get higher and higher that someone will put the wrong cards in an envelope or even forget to put anything at all in. We're all only human, it happens!!

That's not good at all why would they not send them back?
