I'm not quite sure to be honest, I can only assume it was because of her schedule and she only got round to answering her fanmail. I'm pleased she got back to me as I thought she wouldn't do. The fanmail at emmerdale is really bad, wish there was some way they could sort it out. It's bad management, and too many different departments. Hope you do, the cast card I got back was an old one, with the old itv logo on it.

On 29th June 2013, sent actress zoe henry a letter of request for an autograph along with a stamped address envelope and today got a dedicated cast card back.
