Why didn't they just instead send both postcards?

That doesn't seem like the wisest way for that [b]foundation[/b] to spend their money...

I sent him a LOR, SASE and 2 photos on 4/23/15 and received back a postcard explaining something would be went at a later time. I call it a semi-success since I did get something back.
