Which address did you use.. and why did you not includ a stamped return envelope for her to put the book into?? I have sent books to a few people to have signed and I include a stamped padded envelope for them to send it back in..

But that is a nice return.. you did well...

Sent Hardbound and signed copy of Burt Bacharach's Book (in July/2015) to Angie Dickinson, with a note and a small check to: 1) cover her expenses and trouble for shipping book back or 2) she could donate the check to any charity she wished. "Class act" as always, she signed the book, thanked me for my letter, and returned the checked "voided", and within one week. I will treasure this always..... They don't make them like this anymore!
