I vote for the daily limit of 2 requests per day as well. However I don't agree with at least one feedback posted for every 10 requests. Sometimes it takes a while to receive something back.

By the way I'm very proud to be a part of the Veteran Moderator team :D Was it something I was voted for?

Hi admin :D

I guess if you put it in that perspective it isn't too bad.

I'll agree.

I think we should make it clearer to the members about how to search for addresses in the database though (with or without the toolbar).

I'll agree to it.

It seems resonable enough.

Furthermore, what about those members on dry spells? It'll be a bit unfair to those who are unlucky enough not to receive anything as they won't be able to request new addresses.

1 feedback for 10 address requests is quite reasonable to me :)

What do you think guys? :)

I had thought about the same thing....and I was thinking maybe we should drop the "without a feedback post"

No more than 10 per month, without at least 1 feedback post.
[agree] with 2 requests per day.

However, the second restriction (10 per month without at least 1 feedback post) is difficult to enforce.

Additionally, "feedback post" - can be very subjective in meaning. Does it mean make a post in the Feedback forum, or post details of a success / failure?

Furthermore, what about those members on dry spells? It'll be a bit unfair to those who are unlucky enough not to receive anything as they won't be able to request new addresses.

Sounds okay to me

Hi everyone :)

What do you think of?:

2 requests per day per person.

No more than 10 per month, without at least 1 feedback post.

[agree] - mikenauer kept requesting addresses from the database :|

One thing that needs to be improved would probably be the way addresses are searched for in the database - this will reduce the number of requests made.

It would be a good idea to set a limit - maybe at most 2 or 3 (maybe more).

You do have a point.

I agree with you that many of the requests that are made, are made before the member looks for it in the database.

Remember mikenaur? He was the worst person about that.

I like the idea of a daily limit better. Perhaps 1 or 2 per day?
