I guess we have to remember the problems we had with TheMailman even before and during her time as Junior Moderator.

Btw, I would assume TheMailman had her own fanmail.biz email address. Now that she's been banned, what happens to the email address? Shouldn't it be shut down?

P.S. admin - The white envelope and "Moderator CP" are both still visible under TheMailman's username.

I think it was a fair punishment. There is only so many times someone can be warned.

Even if tauras85's success is fake, it is not a reason to be rude / aggressive with him.

I received 2 rude emails from Themailman yesterday. Her banishment is permanent :neutral:

Well admin never mentioned whether it was a permanent or temporary ban, so there's every chance TheMailman will return.

It does appear that TheMailman's orange moderator rank has been removed (but not the Moderator CP and white envelope - admin take note), so at the very least TheMailman will be a regular member should the ban be lifted.

I have to disagree with you there Joel...

While tauras was posting fake successes, TheMailman had been warned by admin about her attitude. I think that since she obviously didn't listen to him, something needed to be done.

Perpahs not a permanent ban, but maybe a month or so? Lift the ban after a month, and bring her back as a regular member.

It does look like Dallas is still sticking around. He's been posting recently, including in the chat (about 20 minutes ago) but appears to be offline at the moment.

I hope we can all put this behind us.

Man...gone for a couple of days, and now I come back to see us down 3 mods, and possibly a 4th.

This is indeed a confusing turn of events. I sent a PM to dallas...looks like his account is still active, so I hope I can convince him to stick around

Wow, this is insane. Firstly, I can't believe members would stoop that low and talk badly about someone they don't even know, who they've more than likely never met and more!! I can't judge who is more to blame for the whole thing, but seems as the right decisions were made about it! Not sure about TheMailman being banned, but I haven't been around for a few days so I don't know everything. Looks as if Dallas is still using his account as I saw him on the Add/Request a Via Venue Address forum earlier!
