Its a print, his agency send these out a lot now, you can tell as its splattered around the edges and as you say it rubs off easily.

I had one and it rubbed off entirely, kind of a waste.

To add its also the exact same stamp on both items.

yes i used that address and there not PP as the gold pen is above the picture and come off on your fingers
