Sometimes I will look on the net for this kind of info, I think I may have found it in Variety.
Did you call the production company before you mailed your request to make sure they passed along fan mail, AND to confirm the address? Most production companies do pass along fan mail, but some don't! You have to call them to make sure they do.
Also, more than once I went to confirm an address, reading it out to them, and they told me it wasn't correct, and they gave me the slight corrections.
That is what I did for this address. I made sure they forwarded and confirmed the address was correct. I even asked if I needed to address that to someone in particular in the office to make sure it got to him, and they were extremely helpful! I had honestly thought I wasn't going to hear back, considering it wrapped on June 29. But there have been people that have received replies from celebs a couple of months after a movie wraps.
I know when I called about a Ray Liotta film that the first two production companies said no, then the third had an aswering machine, so I went to that state's Film Office and asked them if they'd forward, and they said yes. It is now left up to the actor to reply.
Sorry you didn't hear back. I can only think you were unlucky enough to get one of those few production companies that didn't pass along fan mail.
