Sorry for the delay in posting this, but my internet has been down for nearly a week.
Also I would like to mention that I orignally recieved this before I recieved the note in the last post.
A note was left to collect the package on: 2nd September 2008, and collected it on: 9th September 2008.
I sent a picture, letter and SAE to David on: 28th August 2008, and I recieved the picture back signed orignally on the: 2nd September 2008.
