I posted this on another thread but her ewe go:
"I have to say this has to be the first year in recent memory where so many shows are closing within a blink of an eye.
Xanadu posted a 3 week closing notice on a Tuesday, then said on that Wednesday that they'd be closing 4 days later on Sunday.
A Tale of Two Cities gave a 2 week closing notice on Election Day, and on that Friday announced a closing on that Sunday (the 9th; long, sad story on my part since I was going to the original closing !)
Now, AMERICAN BUFFALO is closing, THIS SUNDAY, November 23.

A run of 6 days, and 8 performances. Real nice for these stars, who have taken obvious paycuts, to see such a short run ."
Great success none-the-less!
