Actually, you can watch Doctor Who with czech subtitles on SkyEurope (or some other Sky channel) but it is available only via satellite service.

Or you can download the episodes like the rest of us :D There are Czech subtitles available at http://indy.sg1.cz :)

Anyway, I took a look at the pictures and I tend to agree that the dedication is authentic. Funny thing is that the envelope is stamped OXFORD (mine was too - I too waited since August for something back from David's Hamlet address).
