Now that's interesting! Usually they don't have any photos vv. Although on rare occasions they do. Maybe he got your photo mixed up with someone else's and they got yours!
You always need to put your name and address on the back of all your photos in case they get separated from the envelope. I have seen people's photos accidentally given to someone else because they didn't have their name on the back. I use those little post-its and put it on the back.
