I just looked and there are 7 cast members and 7 signatures ( Like Whiskey said)

All 7 cast members are on the playbill. Rupert's is the little squiggle across Christine Ebersole's face. I looked up Rupert's autograph and it an excellent match to the one on this playbill :D I sent my request on March 3 so I hope I get mine back this week sometime :D
