Funny as noticed that I have written to him 3 times over two years and never got a reply at his oxford street address - he must be really hard to get :shock: such a shame really as he is a great actor would love to get his autograph (and not to sell either) [uk]

Just because the play has moved doesn't mean you won't get it back - it's more likely that because you wrote to Ian that you won't get it back .

I've seen him in a play in the UK - he just hates signing autographs when he's in the UK , although my friend in Ireland said he was friendly and signed for him there .

I have also wrote to him in a play last year in Manchester - got nothing back {down}

I've sent a letter + photo to a London venue where the play Be Near Me was performed (Donmar Warehouse I believe). The play has now moved on to another theatre and therefore I can only assume that nothing will come back, once again proving that Ian McDiarmid is one of the hardest SW autos to get.
