That has me confused: I think I've read at least once that they don't pass mail on. If they do it means I've sent duplicates.

Just called capital&emirates. Emirates says they WILL pass on Any fanmail but Capital are simply using the stadium as a venue so they can't garuantee you will recieve a reply.
