Cool success! {up} I recieved a Playbill from the Chicago-Goodman Theatre production a few months ago. I sent an individual request to Carla Gugino via the Broadway address, have yet to hear back. I also sent an individual request to her via the Chicago address, but never heard back. :?

I sent a letter and SAE with US Stamps on to the Stage Manager on: 21st April 2009, and today I got a signed playbill back. :D
