Maybe try the Shafran PR addy and see what you get from them? At least you would know if pp are the final outcome for all addresses.

On February 7th, 2019 I sent a letter, SASE, and 3 pictures addressed to Vaudeville Theatre in London, as True West was playing there starring Kit Harington.

On February 26th, 2019, I received my pictures back unsigned, with a pre-printed picture of Kit Harington.

I don't know if this means moving forward, Kit Harington provides pre-printed pictures as opposed to pre-signed pictures from his agency address.
