The picture I sent was not signed (and in my case not returned), and I received the signed B&W Chicago promo pic. It is definitely handsigned, and each sig varies from pic to pic looking at other replies so not stamped/autopenned, but how does the sig standup to those obtained in person? He may well be pre-signing a pile for sending out, but I always get wary when people do not get their own items signed.
