Bit late posting this, I thought I already had!
I sent a letter, SASE and 2 photo's to Miss. Lansbury on June 13th and I received both back signed (one dedicated and the other not) as well as a signed and dedicated playbill from Blithe Spirit, on June 30th.
I am super happy with this success, as I know sometimes she doesn't personalize and she can sometimes not sign many items, but for her to have sent me something extra as well, was extremely kind especially after I was annoyed that I never thought to ask for a playbill.
