Mr. Francis Jue actor starred in Madam Secretary CBS tv show as Chinese Foreign Minister Ming Chen. He is an advocate for civil rights including people with disabilities' rights causes. On 6/22/2021 I mailed a letter explaining how I find Mr. Jue's acting including his activism to be very inspiring to me, Q+A sheet, a small donation, and an SASE at:
