Surprisingly enough, I got the first index card I sent to Richard H. Blake back a couple of days ago. I had sent it to him during his run in "Legally Blonde: The Musical" since I enjoyed the show and his work on "The Wedding Singer", and, when I didn't get anything back, I sent him another index card and photo to one of the stops on his "Wicked" tour, where he's currently starring as Fiyero. I got that photo and index card back, expected nothing more from him, and was pleasantly surprised to see my initial request back. One thing that I did find amusing was that the stamp is an old 41 cent stamp, so he wrote in my address on the return address spot just in case... good to know that the people we send to do that, too! It took a while to wind its way back to me, as well... always nice to get the surprise autographs back.
