i've sent to her twice and no luck both times

Yeah, this was my fifth attempt, so it may be random.

I think it's a hit or miss like I said. I wrote her to two different venues and I know for a fact they got there and someone else got a success so unfourtunely for me either it didn't get passed to her or it got shuffled into other mail and got ignored who knows..... You might or might not get a success ( forgot who asked) you might have to keep trying even if you did try 3 venues. It all comes down to your letter being there at the right time. At least that is what I believe:)

Congratulations! My six year old daughter and I wrote to her at that same show...do you think there's still a chance we might get ours back? I hope so...we've written 3 via venues trying to contact her. Im starting to think its me, lol! But seriously, that's awesome! Nice job!

Congrats! I am going to try and get her VV on this tour. If I had to guess ( not knocking you original poster) I think what happens is it's basically luck. Depending on how much fan mail she gets she might be able to write more if she doesn't as much or if she has alot she cannot possibly write as much. That's my thought anyways..... That's probably what happened to me and others letters.
