VV means Via Venue and means that you don't write to the agency or management of the star, but to theaters, movie sets or concerts where they play at the moment. The big advantage of Via Venue is that many stars sign authentic who aren't sign via agency (how for example Daniel Craig).

Same here! Can't complain too much as I did get a playbill success from him (with a really poor version of his autograph), but would've loved my photo returned signed and dedicated like everyone else :(

I've sent to this address but don't think I'll get anything back.

i was sooo gutted he never replied to me VV in theatre; he was such a goog vv signer then but not to me!
