This thread should help you with IRCs http://www.fanmail.biz/mboard/viewtopic.php?f=117&t=161770 although IRCs in the UK have now gone up to £1.40 each. You would probably need two or three.

I would say $5 worth, but I'm not exactly sure. I know some people from Europe put $5 just to be safe. You could use a 6x9 for the outer envelope and the inner, as that is the only size I use.

Congrats--I, too, received my request back from her today, although I sent a photo to be signed. I absolutely love that playbill cover, too! I sent a request to the stage manager, but if that doesn't work out, I might have to resend to Kristin or Sean asking for a playbill. Once again, many congrats!
