A 6x9 inch envelope will fit a Playbill perfectly. You can send a larger envelope if you want. As another poster said, they send out signed headshots sometimes. It's up to you.

They send out signed head shots sometimes. That's what they did with me because my pictures didn't survive the journey to New York the first time I wrote to her.

I did the same as you, HOWEVER, I'm perfectly happy with a playbill and mentioned that in my letter. Chances are, you probably won't receive back a photo.

To me, her autograph on a playbill is enough for me. But.. that's me.
Oh, same here. Getting her autograph is the main goal here; what it's on is secondary. It just totally slipped my mind to send a photo. I requested a photo in my letter, unfortunately, but I'm hoping they send a Playbill. Either way, long as the autograph is genuine, I'm a happy camper.

Sorry to bring back this thread, but I'm getting a little concerned. I sent a request today, though I didn't include a photo and requested an autographed photo. It looks like most of the successes here included a photo for her to sign. I'm just wondering if I'll end up with a signed Playbill for the show or something else? Thinking about sending a photo, though it might be too late.
