I'm not sure every venue that's listed as passing on mail does so. I've sent to the St Pete Times Forum 3x times to people known to respond via venue and have not had a response yet. I am doing all my bands via venue and am tracking where I do and don't get responses from. So far:

April 22nd:

Dashboard Confessional - Time Warner Cable Arena - GOOD

April 24th:

Alice in Chains - St Pete Times Forum BAD
Puddle of Mudd - St Pete Times Forum BAD

April 25th:

The Eagles - Honda Center BAD

April 26th:

May 7th:
