Just got mine back today too. First time I had tried her VV. I looked on the list and saw that Prudential Center passed on mail and figured since she was there for two days that it might be a good one to send to. She signed and personalized a photo for me and for my niece and sent two guitar picks.

Extremely Awesome success!! Taylor is so cool. I got her via her management address a couple years ago. {up} I LOVE That photo you sent her, wow! And quite a large signature too! :D Congratz!! I'm currently waiting to hear back from a 2nd request I sent for me and my cousin who likes Taylor as well. {up}

I don't think that's true because several people on here sent to venues ( including me) to venues that pass on fanmail. Now you cannot tell me it's the venue. Clearly it's her management or assistant weeding out requests. That much is a fact. Someone on here even mentioned it.

I don't think it's her/management as much as it's the venue you send it to.
