Sent- letter, 2 photos, SASE, & a questionnaire 5/17/10, via the "Lend Me a Tenor" New York address (not sure if it's still valid)
Received- signed photos in SASE without the questionnaire 7/8/10
I was pretty disappointed that he didn't return the questionnaire, but at least I got something back
. It's nice that he personalizes. Loved him in National Treasure!
