Not really sure if this counts as a VV success or IP, but I sent a letter, guitar pick, and SASE to The Knitting Factory (Brooklyn) where MC Lars had a show (11/23). In my letter I said that I'd be at the show and asked him to sign my guitar pick. In the middle of his set he goes, "So guys, I got this letter from a sweet girl named Rachel. She asked me to sign her guitar pick, is she here tonight?" I happened to be in the front row and he handed it to me right then and there. Sorry if this is in the wrong place. I'm sure he would've sent the pick to my house if I hadn't said I would be at the show.
