Yes, I did print it myself :) Though it was a scan from her Teen Vogue spread! And actually, she did return the index card :) You can see it right behind the note in the picture.

@ ConstanceLL: This particular success was through a movie filmed a while back. It is no longer valid for Lucy, but there are/will be other ones to send to her at. You can try via Pretty Little Liars, though I don't have the address myself. =)
