I sent a letter and SAE with a piece of Cardboard to Gary on: 3rd January 2012, and I asked if he could possibly send me a cast signed flyer, and today I recieved the flyer back with all the cast signatures, plus he included the cardboard back to protect the flyer as requested. :D
