That's because it are stamps from 1940 and older and younger
i have to put on these stamps because at my country we don't have IRC's any more

I order there by email and they send it to my be the mail.
He sells these stamps for the euro price of what is on the stamp
I have to but about 1.04 pound on $1.14 on the envelopes so that are a lot of stamps to put on each envelop
but it's worth it
