I sent a letter of request, an envelope and two pictures to Alan Rickman on March 19th and received one of the pictures back today (April 16th) signed and personalized.

I'm very happy with this and Mr Rickman was kind enough to pay the postage himself since, at the time, I didn't know how to pay postage from another country.
