yeah, you need to include pictures, got back the 2 pictures that i've send him and it was both signed and personalised ^^

Sent LOR & SAE and 1 IRC to Fringe address in database on 12/31/11
Received one PP (or good quality copy) 6/5/12.

It's just like the one I got from Anna Torv. I guess they don't do actual autographs unless you include a picture. Lame.
