Aww.. So sorry for you :// I really don't know what happened. Maybe he had so much to sign that he just had to send back someone (pretending he had left the filming locations), or maybe the post just got your letter there really really slow? It might happen. Anyway, I really hope mine got there in time (I recently saw a success from him where the person sent at the same times as I). If it didn't, I just have to try him again. He's a really good signer, it's just the timing that's bad. :/

maybe he didnt sign it cause the whole picture was black and he didnt have a silver sharpie? they just said that to not make it look like he didnt want to sign it?

that's a bummer he probably wrapped up filming earlier then Rupert you would think they might forward it to him though

I was so sure mine wasn't going to get to him, since it was small (6x9 envelope with the index card & SASE even smaller). So odd that it did.

I got the same, and I live 2 hours away from savannah....I sent the 29th..and just got back today, sorry this arrived after alan left...I'm kinda thinking it didn't..but he just had so much fanmail...I'm trying to find the venue for the butler, but they are filming in SO MANY different locations!
Plus, I heard that alan will be doing a play again in sep.

Alan Rickman Failure!

So I was really excited to see a envelop in the mailbox today specially since it had the initials AR on the back of the envelop were I wrote it before sending it out.

I open the envelop and see my letter, picture unsigned and was confused. I didnt send a Snape picture since he doesnt like to sign them. So I looked in the envelop and saw a little piece of paper at the bottom.

“i’m sorry, but this arrived after Mr. Rickman left Savannah”

Which I dont get since I sent it the same day I sent to Rupert (6/28/12) at the CBGB set and got a Rupert success. Another thing is I saw someone that sent the same day as me got a success as well.

Another thing that bothered me is instead of putting RTS they used my SASE to send my stuff back. Either way the picture is damaged due to the post office or the set people didnt care. Now I will have to wait for another venue to try him.
