Mine took over a year to arrive also.

she sent a scan photo of herself sitting up in a tree and the photo she signed was in pen. bad thing is my sister took out the printer and i cant scan anything anymore. i was so shocked that it came back and after seeing other fans have a one to two year wait was shocking.

Awesome success. She's one of my most wanted. I sent her about March so maybe I'll be hearing from her soon.
Plus they've just wrapped filming, so maybe she's going through her fan mail. Fingers crossed.
