I know that shepherds bush pass on fan mail as I've read other posts regarding Taylor swift and the venue replying that the do pass on fanmail

First check that the venue actually pass on fan mail. Email/call them and ask. they will tell you if they do or dont. Some do NOT and will just bin it. If they do they will most likely pass it to the artists manger and its up to them what happened with your fan mail and not the venue. I'd make sure that the artist has responded in the past before sending. Also just to let you know I wouldn't send anything that you'd miss if it went missing. Photos are the best thing to send I think. About when to sent it. I'd send it about a week before the group are due to play so its there and ready. Some venues (like The O2 Arena) accept fan mail on the day of the event and will personally take it from you and take ba kstage to the artists manger.

I'm sending VV to shepherds bush in London next month and want to be prepared, any tips on what I should write on the envelope? The past two Vv I've done have failed without a RTS.

Also if people have info on when to send, eg, a band are playing on 6th December, do I send a few days before? Help me please.
