I sent two seperate requests to Mike, sent a signed photo request, letter and SAE, on: 27th September 2012, along with 7 others, and the Q+A request i sent a Q+A sheet, and SAE on: 28th September 2012, along with 5 others, today I recieved my Q+A sheet back signed, along with a note, saying he doesn't have any recent photos, but sent me an old photo from the 1990's both sent in my Q+A SAE, the other SAE was returned unused. :D
