I sent a letter and SAE with US Stamps on to the Stage Manager on: 22nd November 2012, and today I recieved this note back saying ' due to the overwhelming demand, and due to the fact the show finishes on the 26th January, they are unable to fulfill the request. :( better than nothing i guess
