They test her, being that she was in rehab they only allow her to smoke ciggs. They don't want her to slip back into drinking and doing drugs again. They don't allow her to drink.

The ink doesnt flow well and it looks like

Usually people write their signatures fast.

It kinda looks like her autograph but i can see alot of starts and stops like someone took 5 minutes trying to copy her autograph haha So i would say its either fake or maybe britney was just really drunk lol Either is possible ;-)
