Also does anyone know when I should send the fan mail as I don't understand what is meant by this below. Should I send stuff when its opened?
Show Dates:
Performances from 01 Mar 2013
Opening 01 Apr 2013
Closing 16 Jun 2013
You can send now. 'Performances' usually means, like preview. Then, 'opening' is when it opens to the public. So, the cast will be there starting March 1.

Yes, just send with the actor/actresses name on top. Sometimes I add "Stage Door" underneath. I'm not really sure if it matters, though. Sometimes I e-mail the venue ahead of time and ask if they would forward fan mail and if so what address to send to. Most of the time I get responses back saying they do. Then they tell me what address to send to.

Just wanted some quick advice on sending fan mail to a theatre. Do I literally just send something straight to the theatre with the actor/actress' name at the top? Surely they'd get it that way right?
