I sent 3 seperate requests to Paula, one for a signed photo, the second with Q+A, and the third with 2 photos to be signed, all sent in one envelope on: 20th March 2013, and today I recieved a signed and personalized photo back from her, and my 2 photos back signed and personalized both sent back in the same SAE, with other 2 SAE's returned unused, my Q+A wasn't returned, still very happy though. :D
