Yea he is! I got the plastic covers from a baseball card store. If you go to any store like that and ask for 8x10 protective/plastic slip covers, they should have them (they may call them something else, but they will likely have them!)

About a month ago, I attended Robin Williams' "A Night of Sit Down Comedy." After the show, I got him to sign my 8x10s. This is a great success for me, as he is one of my favorite comedians and actors! He used a silver paint pen that wasn't fully dry when i put them back in my envelopes, so the one with his daughter got a bit smudged, but you can still see it
