Um, I sent mine much earlier than most, and the people that sent theirs later got replies. At least the people in Europe. And I have learned, like two months ago. I am not the only one that didn't get a reply. Did I mention Belgium Post is horrible?
True. The belgian post is pretty slow lol.

Sorry, they finished filming a month ago, and you can only send IRCs from your OWN country. Otherwise, you have to use foreign stamps.

Wait, so you did not use an IRC? What is an international stamp? Or where did you buy it from, because you have to use the country's stamp or an international reply coupon...
I'm not sure, I used bought many countries stamps on Taobao (which is a shopping website similar to eBay), including the United Nations stamps, the seller told me I could use in the European Union Country, but I doubt it. Now I really regret that I didn't use IRC, I only pray that I will be lucky..... :(
Ok, I googled it, and it says that you can ONLY use them to send mail from the United Nations offices in New York, Geneva and Vienna... :( http://unstamps.un.org/unpa/en/about-un ... -rate.html
