I think it was stupid mistake! They always put a short letter with photos with explenations, greetings etc. So sorry.

Update: I resent to to them an explained what happened in May and received three photos about 3 weeks later. I got Lesley Nicol, Laura Carmichael, and Phyllis Logan. :)

That is so stupid. Why didn't they just RTS it? You could've reused your SASE stamps, not to mention your photos. I hate when they do that. :( Sorry it didn't work out.
