My letters go overseas just fine with 1-2 stamps (depending on the weight of the envelope). I wouldn't bother with more than that unless you're sending a 8x10 photo, mini-poster or a larger item.

I sent via the [i]Pompeii[/i] set, but I didn't know if they were finished or not. Mailed LOR, 1 IRC, SAE, index card and [i]Game of Thrones[/i] insert (not pictured). Got the envelope back with both index card and insert signed. Very fast international turnaround (less than two weeks)!
