I sent 2 seperate requests to Felicity, one for a signed photo and the other with Q+A, sent as well as 4 others in one envelope on: 18th July 2013, and yesterday I recieved my Q+A back answered, plus a signed and personalized photo from her, plus he included my other SAE back unused as well. :D
